I plan to use a wing stub with flaperons and retractable gear (KR-2 like). With a straight wing it makes the wing panel flaperon connections very simple in that I can just use pins and bushings to join the outer wing panel flaperon to the inner panel flaperon. I plan on using a fairly high aspect ratio of 8 with a span of 22' for an 800lbs gross airplane. I am hoping the relatively long wing is stable enough in roll with no dihedral. Any thoughts?
