A couple of people have received this postcard from someone named Victor ([email protected], 954-646-0605) who claims to be looking for an airplane and transition flight training. "Victor" has not contacted the kit manufacturer, builders association, or online builders' groups, so this seems suspect.

Anyone know if this is a scam? It seems like a terrible way to find a plane to buy. It also seems like a weird way to go about stealing a plane or scamming an aircraft builder. I'd love to know what's really going on.

Anyone seen this type of thing before?
