Below is a picture of the FS-22 bulkhead on an E-racer project I am restoring. The left hole contains a bushing that bolts to the canard lift tab. The right hole is about 3/8" dia. The area is reinforced with 12 layers of fiberglass on the back and 6 layers on the front of the bulkhead in the area of the lift tab. The bolt must carry about 1800 lbs load from the canard. How serious a defect is this and are there any suggested methods of repair?
:para: ?
Thanks in advance
