I just saw a CNN HLN story about Prisoners who have been training horses. I wonder whether I can start a program that gets Prisoners to build experimental airplane parts or sub-assemblies?! Maybe sell them at a cut rate due to the labor savings and consider the proceeds a donation to a victims fund of sorts. It would probably still meet the 'amateur built' rule, right? :ponder:

Maybe I should take shorter lunch breaks.
