We had some .032, 2024-T3 aluminum sheared to size for spar web material for 2 Bearhawk. After repeated instructions about no scratches and protect the aluminum with the roll of paper that we supplied, the aluminum came back scratched and gouged from one end to the other on every piece of spar material. The scratches are deep enough to be easy to hang your fingernail on, and in some places the alclad is rolled up at the end of the scratches. I have been looking for FAA information on how bad the scratches need to be to be unairworthy and all I can find is about cracks. I need credited FAA information to give to the people. To me, It looks like $600 of scrap aluminum. Dan
