I'm assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that once an engine (Continental, Lycoming) is installed in an Experimental Amateur Built or homebuilt LSA that it can be serviced and repaired by the builder. Is this correct? If this is the case, then the builder can rebuild the engine or have it done for less with the help or guidance of an A&P. Sorry for the boot question but I just don't know and can't seem to find any information because I guess most people don't want to tackle the engine internals, or they don't write about it. Thanks,
Paul
