My dream is to have a plane that
  • my lady and I could live in
  • can fly all over the world (perhaps a range of 3000 miles)
  • is large enough to hold a lavatory, small kitchen, bed, and motorcycle.
I'm thinking seaplanes, and have been fantasizing about PBY Catalinas (those machine gun blisters are pretty rad), but I can't seem to find any for sale, and most likely would never be able to afford one. I'm looking for something more modern, cheaper, smaller, but with more room than Seawinds, Seareys, or Ospreys.
If I'm out of luck in the kit department, I'm more than willing to start designing, in which case guidance or suggestions or anything would be highly appreciated.
Thank you so much for reading this.
