Today we had a small Christmas dinner at my brother's house.

He showed me his iPad, provided by his employer (NetJets). It is loaded with the complete Jeppeson IFR database.

Then he said he never uses it because all the charts are already programmed into the glass panel.

He also said that they are slowly doing away with all paper manuals and charts. Everything will be digital.

Some guys just have all the bad luck!:gig:
