With respect to an amateur built experimental aircraft later sold to another individual, who is allowed to perform maintenance or repairs on the aircraft? Clearly, the original builder can do such work on the aircraft they own and that an E-LSA or S-LSA owner after attending a training course may do so. However, with the used experimental aircraft purchase is maintenance and repair only allowable by an A&P or if they sign off on the owner repair?
