I'm currently without a airplane project so figured I'd do something fun.
One of my best friends has a dad who is a boat builder. So o reached out to him and asked for a scrap of 1/4" non - mahogany plywood to test. He recommended this stuff that's available locally and he used it for boat building. He's been building boats for about 50 years so figured he might no something.
I read that the Mil Spec requires a 20 minute boil test? Water is on the stove and warming up right now. Attached is the sample I'll be boiling shortly.
