i had been reading a little in a older post.. found it when looking for info on the FP-202 and were there some changes to the Part-103 regs when the LSA thing came into effect.. something about "fat" ultralights and the 2 seater versions? and could a person still register a ultralight with a N number later on if they wanted to fatten it up?

figured i would ask, these part-103 regs are a bit confusing at times.
