Folks,
I have read the little bit of what is available online about the accident that took Lars' life. The design itself looked slick and interesting. He was on his first flight when he crashed. While paying respect to the dead, could anyone knowledgeable describe any possible design issues with this project. It appears he did his homework prior to building. Can we definitely answer the question on what caused a possible cross-control or over control during the take-off roll? Maybe inadequate tail control surfaces ??
Seems to me one could re-examine this unique design and fix its apparent deficiencies. Is this naive thinking?
Thanks
