Hi there!
I've been growing more and more interested in the homebuilt aircraft scene in the last few years so I thought I'd lurk here for a while and and after a few days of that I thought I'd introduce myself and annoy you guys with a bunch of stupid n00b questions. :gig:
A bit about myself: I'm a former Marine Aviation mechanic, CNC Machinist and TIG welder for aerospace companies and professional race teams, mechanic on just about anything and general tinkerer. I've spent most of my life in Central/Southern California, but I've also lived in the Midwest (Nebraska) and East coast (NC).
Besides being bitten by the aviation bug, my hobbies/interests are: guns, hunting, ammo reloading and wildcating, motorsports (except NASCAR), motorcycles (except Harleys/v-twin cruisers), off-roading, hiking, geology, biology, anti-theism, disc golf and last but cerianly not least, beer snobbery.
