Pipistrel sprays their molds with polyurethane paint; not gel coat. After assembling the aircraft, they touch up the paint along the seams and give them a quick buff. I'm told that there are some proprietary tricks to prevent the paint from sticking to the mold. Does anyone have experience with in-mold polyurethane? Any tricks to keep it from sticking to the mold... and also to ensure that it properly adheres to the fiberglass laminate?
