Suppose there is a 10 mph wind outside of this stadium:

How fast do you think the wind would be blowing on the 10 yard line near the in zone that says Texas? Less than 1 mph? More? Would the air blowing above the stands just follow the contour down and go across the field?
I wonder putting a big wall of advertisements around the area would slow the wind down more.
