High Wing and T Tail

Hypothetical question...

On a high wing pusher with a T-tail it looks like the elevator/stabilator would be in the wing wake during take off and landing attitude.

But since it is a pusher, it would be in the prop blast, at least during takeoff.

Most of the discussion I have seen on T-tails seems to be low-wing during a stall.

Is the mentioned configuration really a problem? On take off (high thrust)? Landing (low thrust)?
