Hi guys
I am looking to substitue a NACA 2412 by one of the airfoils recommended by the wise guys (engineers) of the forum and a foil familiy proposed by the blog "design a plane". The KS profiles look great on the computer with only a little more pitch and 16% thickness (nice for the building).
Could the real life performance be very different.
Does the typical software give hints on the stall performance?
Riblett 37A315
NACA747A315
KS118
KS125
For the 5 profiles I have attached the xfoil graphs at 1730000 Re (Landing speed) and 4500000 Re (cruise)
Any recommendations and opinions on which one you would select?
Thanks
