Hummel close call - 2.png

This was Saturday, Feb 3 at P08. I was number 4 to land on Rwy 23. My gear was down, strobes and landing lights on. Everyone making standard calls. And then along comes Mr. Bozo. It was much closer than it looks. It’s a Hummelbird. Very, very small. He made no calls, no transponder, no ads-b, no lighting. Just barreling into the pattern at pattern altitude the wrong way. Sooner or later we’ll probably see this guy on the news. Sad thing is he will probably take some out with him.
