Hello,all..Im changing from a 4cyl lycoming 360 to a continental IO470,in my sea hawker biplane pusher seaplane...What do i need to do to assure this swap comes out right?Being; The thrust angle, centerline,i will mount the engine with the difference in length split between both ends to maintain the center of gravity as close to original as possible...The new engine is only 8"longer,I have plenty of room for the swap..it is 100 more horsepower...Will this cause me any problems other than torque on the rudder during accelleration ?we can handle all the mods needed to mount engine cradle, change cables, hoses, coolers, carb boxes and the like, with no fear..im just a little leary on the angles being set right,,,I DO NOT HAVE the original engine(4cyl 360 lycoming) to use as mounting angle, measurements or guides,as i bought it without the engine....where can I find as much info as possible for these details, and formulas, hints ,tips, etc to help me with this??i sure need the input,,Thanks in advance ,Allen
