I have started or participated in a number of threads on mid-wing/shoulder-wing designs and on geodetic construction since they are both approaches that appeal to me. With that in mind, here is Bert Sisler's original 1973 Sport Aviation article on his SF-2 Whistler, which was refined to make it easier to build and lighter to become the SF-2A Cygnet.
