Hello all,

I recently aquired my grandfathers Hi-Max airplane. He passed away shortly after it's completion in 2001. I am very intresteed in fullfiling his dream and flying it someday. I have read several articles on this new FAA deal in Jan 08. How does this affect me if my grandfather never flew the plane? I noticed there is a serial number etched into it, and I do recall him having it stressed tested and something else awhile back. Should I be looking for any of his old forms? Or do I need to start the process over again? Am I also in a crunch do to whatever is occuring in 1/08? Please any assistance is greatly appriciated.

Sincerly,

Dan West

P.S. Does anybody know anything of Hi-Max? Is it a good plane?
