We determine the pitch and rotation of the blades by calculating our airfoils and the specified flight modes.

We decided to expand production and reduce the waiting time for an individual order to 3 weeks.

Now we have opened a new line of work-the production of decorative wooden propellers. The imagination of customers is boundless, and this is good. The price is very reasonable. So far, we are limited to the size of 2.5 m.

Wooden propeller production resumed.
Price is determined individually depending on the material, method of protection, engine power.
The base price - $7 per 1" diameter propeller.
==================================

I know this is an Older Post and I'm still reading to catch up on it. Wouldn't it better to make up a Pricing Sheet in Excel rather than just say about? In the USA/Canada/Mexico Markets, ROTAX Engines still dominate 85% of all Ultralights & Small Kitplanes, using the Rotax 277UL(28hp), 377UL(35hp), 447UL(40hp), 503UL(50hp), and Water Cooled 462UL(52hp), 532UL(64hp), 582UL(65hp) 618UL(73.4hp) and the 670(92hp).

The only Rotax Engine that makes USA Part 103 Rules is the 277UL. Rated 28hp@6400rpm with Rotax's Muffler! The was also a 277UL rated 26hp@6250rpm. What (2) Blade Pusher Prop do you recommend for the 28hp 277UL?

The Rotax B Gear Box can use up to a 68" (2) Blade or 64" (3) Blade Prop.

Do you make Club Test Props?

Today 2/23/21, $7 EUR = 8.4975520099211 US Dollars, I round up to $8.50

Right rotation? The design and manufacture of such a wooden propeller costs 410 euros. Solid wood, covering with fiberglass, protect the edges of the blades stainless steel. But we also manufacture propellers made from composite materials. A 2-blade propeller with a diameter of 1400 mm costs 430 euros, a 3-blade propeller costs 550 euros. Specify the type of aircraft, engine type, gear ratio.
===================

A Rotax in Direct Drive or with a Belt Drive is CCW or LH. With Rotax's Gear-Drive is RH or CW in Tractor mode.

54 inch = 1371.6 mm

54" x $7 eur = $378 eur = $459 USD + what you charge for Edge Protection for (2) Blade and Shipping. Unless you have lowered your $7 eur Price per Inch. Exchange Rates can change daily.

Wow, 2.5 m = 98.4249 in. You mention Beech Wood & Oak, which is better? Do you Laminate them or make them from a Solid Piece?

Do you make these by Hand or use a Machine?

With the demise of Tennesse Props, you ought to pickup some of their business. I don't know if Culver Props has also closed their doors, they stopped making the Back Yard Flyer.

Culver Props Inc had its company headquarters in Galeton, Pennsylvania. In 2001 the production equipment was moved to Valley Engineering and is now located in Rolla, Missouri. The company makes one-piece wooden propellers carved from Northern Hard Maple and Birch.

The variable pitch propeller can always be adjusted to a specific engine. Therefore, a 2-blade plastic propeller with a diameter of 1400 mm is the best embodiment. Wooden propellers are needed for the most difficult options. We do it manually. We protect it with fiberglass and stainless steel. We do not charge additional money for this. We produce from glued boards. Epoxy resin. All hardwoods are good.

Hello, dear colleagues! I'm all right. But my team, which works with wooden propellers, was seriously injured. The chief specialist was ill with the virus in October and still cannot fully recover. I was forced to ask for help from the specialists of our aviation university. The work started actively, but suddenly another person fell ill, for more than a month. Now one person works, he is an experienced specialist, perfectly knows all the technological operations, but works slowly. In this regard, I want to offer those customers who want to get quickly, propellers without protection with fiberglass and stainless steel. The propeller will be covered with polyurethane varnish and armored film. I want your opinion.
