I am looking for options to pick prop diameter and blades. Can a thrust be computed for a given HP value by changing diameter and number of blades?

Example: A 100HP engine with a fixed pitch 2 blade 72" prop has (x) pounds of max thrust at 2700 rpm.

Can (x) be maintained for 3, 4 and 6 blade props by decreasing diameter and increasing pitch and or engine RPM?

I know the only rule of thumb that applies to airplanes is "EVERY THUMB IS DIFFERENT". Just trying to get close. Thanks.
