Somewhere I have a photocopy of the SR-71’s pilot manual and as mentioned in the video it does ask that you not regularly push it harder than Mach 3.3. What the video doesn’t say is the cryptic next line that goes something like: “Higher speeds are available on orders from the Commander in Chief.”
