I'm not sure if this is the correct area to post this request...

I have sent a drawing in Autocad (.dwg) format to two shops to have the component quoted but they both indicated that they need the file to be in preferably .stp or otherwise .igs format.

This is definitely not my area of expertise and I don't know how difficult it is to convert a .dwg to either of the other formats, or indeed if it is possible. If it is quick and easy, is there a forumite that would do it for me if I sent them the .dwg file?

Thanks,

Dave
