Hello all. I am currently pursuing my degree in commcercial aviation and will soon hold a commercial ticket. I have been considering a venture into the ag aviation industry. I live in a rural area and have several interested customers with thousands of acres to be sprayed. My question is this, with a commercial license, an ag applicators license and an e-lsa equipped with quicksilvers ag spray kit, is it legal to operate an e-lsa commercially for this purpose. I have read the FAR's and searched for more information. The only thing I have found deals with the application on one's own property with only a private license. In theory it would seem logical that since it is legal to operate privately on ones own land that the commercial rating would allow further operations for profit. Thanks soo much for any information you can offer!
