hi guys im building this single seat trike and im instaling proven system of rear landing gear my question is since im replacing the top cable which goes from gear strut to the mast with aluminum tube ,the picture shows two versions A shows the regular u channell bracket bolted from top and B shows two plates bolted from sides, the gear leg is 2024 t3 1.5x0.120 wall the bracket or bolted plates are located aproximately 10-12" from centerline of wheel ,the max gross is 450 lbs,
-now the question is which way is the proper way or better and why ?
-im not asking for any calculations or stress analysis just which way is to go
