I know perfectly well what an FBO is.
So did the pilot. He was trying to save some time getting there by turning off on charlie when he should've waited for foxtrot... or maybe romeo.

What say you? It almost looks like he was fast and trying to hold it on the ground with some down elevator, causing it to get light on the mains (wheelbarrowing) and directionally unstable.

It looked like what a student in a C150 would do. I know, because have done that waddle before. You are not supposed to do that at that level.
