Just a shout out to Aircraft Spruce. I ordered some T-88 epoxy on Tuesday evening. It was around 4-5:00. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. I didn't expect the order for a week or so since I used the slowest (read Cheapest) shipping option. I live in Wisconsin, and the epoxy shipped from Georgia.
It arrived today! Was waiting for me when I got home from work.
Just thought I would give a public Thank You to Aircraft Spruce for fast service. I know it was a simple order, but I was genuinely surprised at the level of customer care. As someone who worked several years in the retail environment, I know how it goes.
