Wondering if anyone’s run into this, or has experience with it. Looking at a few (smallish) parts that would be nice as single sandwich panels, but have quite high feature count — not just hard points for bolts, but internal ducting for vent air, wiring conduits, etc. Seems like one option would be to 3d print a core and do layup (prepreg or otherwise) onto it. Something like glass filled PEEK could handle the cure temp no issue and is reasonably stiff, but maybe better and cheaper options?
