what foam for tail surfaces

hi im trying to exchange my tail surfaces on gyroplane with some kind of foam fiberglass construction, I have martin hollmann bumble bee plans as qud for tail and his tail surfaces call for last-a-foam and 1 ply of 10 oz fabric and epoxy,is there any better foam I can use together with uni fabric instead of 10 oz (boat fabric),this is 1/2 flat vertical stabilizer ,rudder and same thickness horizontal stab.I also would like to vacuum bag it thank you
