Although this site has several engineers this book many assist you finding calculations for aircraft, or at the very least frame an intelligent question for them to answer. Here's the link;

If you are not familiar with Google books downloads hover over the red box in the upper left then in the pop-up dialog box select PDF. It appears not to be a selection but it works.
This XLS spreadsheet 'spar strength' maybe of some assistance if you can plug-in all the variables.
