Hi All,

I am interested in building a tethered airplane for arial photography and getting other instruments up in the air (even people). Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

I envision this as a wind powered airfoil, tethered to the ground. It would need to be able to lift (and land safely) up to 1500#. I imagine wind speeds to be 10knots to 80knots.

Can anyone comment on this Idea?
