Can I take a design of an airplane with a 1800 lb. gross and compare it to an airplane with a gross of say 900 lbs. and come up with similar results as it concerns AR. Assume that WL, PL, Sq. Ft. of wing, etc. all scale down accordingly.

I guess AR is kind of a mystery to me because when I see airplanes I consider to be of qualities I like, sometimes the AR changes and it makes me think whats important is a range to fall in. I guess one way to look at this is R/C planes. When they are scaled does AR follow suit or is there a slight change made to the AR to make the scaled version similar. Mike
