Two lane aviator

Since the closure of my other thread, i did one of the suggestions:
i was able to keep my "wings" out of my neighbor's fences
so have proceeded to searching the "small planes" and found a few
and one caught my attention:
Beecraft Wee Bee - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
this was the closest to what i am concieving
but there are problems:
no cockpit(prone position flying)
no roof
stability concerns
so i thought of making it a three-surface plane, adding droop-able slats,full-lenght fowler flaps, a spoiler system to replace ailerons, twin engines, a slightly larger main wing, a Baby Bird cockpit and rail wheels for ATOL launching
does it sound good enough?
or should i improve on something?
note: please, no sarcasm, replies that "could kill me", etc.
