Thought this would never happen, but here we are.
TX, will you do the first flight, or will Titan’s guy (or someone else) do it?
I think that I sense just a hint of excitement.
John Williams (Titan Aircraft) will do the initial test flying, probably the first 15 hours or so. This is mainly due to the new 90" propeller, plus the new Heavy Duty PSRU, with my Mustang serving as the test bed for both.
With regards to the prop, I heard from Jim Rust. He said that it was a monumental effort.
"You could count on one hand the number of people that have designed and Mfg a composite C/S propeller in its entirety and still have fingers left."
Excitement? Yes...even the wife is getting excited!
The fuselage is almost done.
This is our base paint scheme, the 3rd FG, 3rd FS, 5th AF, Mindoro, P.I., 1944-1945.

That's a good lookin' livery. I'm looking forward to seeing it done!
