Hey all,

I need to build the wings for my Double Eagle, and I probably need to just suck it up and buy the spruce, or look into finding and alternative wood. But I was looking at how easy the Zenith Cruzer wing goes together and I really like that.

So I thought I would ask; does anyone know of a kit, or plans for a metal spar and rib wing (still fabric covered, although I'm open to covering with aluminum) that would be appropriate for a 60hp high drag air frame with a 1000# gross?

I don't think a kit is going to be cheaper than the stock wings but it may save me some time and could potentially be stronger than the built up spars on the double eagle plans.

Thanks for any ideas,
James
