Hello everyone.
I believe this is a relatively simple question. For clearance reasons, I cannot easily mount my oil cooler off the left baffle (behind #4 cylinder Lycoming 320 clone). Behind #3 cylinder should work better for me.
Is there anything about the right side that thermodynamically is not ideal? Something I have not thought of, having to do with the asymmetry of the motor or the direction the prop spinning in relation to the cowl? I realize the oil hose routing might be worse on the right but it does not look insurmountable.
thanks Matt
