Could anyone help me design a very cheep, light, and efficient ultralight?
I've been looking at an ultralight called the Pelican.

I love the fact that it is 3-Axis, and is fully covered which makes it appear to be a conventional aircraft. I couldnt find much on the frame inside, so I turned to this forum for help.
So... help?
Much thanks,
Alex
