Hello there.

I purchased a set of DR-109 plans a few months back. I've never seen real schematics before until now and am confused about the standardization of them. I'm looking at the dimensions for the wing ribs and I cant tell if the measurements are in inches or centimeters. Everything is in decimals.

I can't even begin without knowing this and it doesn't specify that anywhere on the plans. Please help.
