Hi.

I'm going where no one in the homebuilder world has ever gone before: Stealth

I have planned a side project, a Stealth UAV.

I did a little research on the radar properties of materials and found, from least to most detectable, the following materials:

Honeycomb Carbon Fiber - Wood - Aluminum - Steel

Based on that data, I chose wood because it has the best stealthiness/cost ratio.

And electricity is the likely propulsion candidate because of little/no thermal signature

Now all i need is any old, venerable stealth aircraft design for the outer planform.

Any ideas? Suggestions?

P.S: If i succeed in catching the military's attention, i might have more cash than necessary for my personal GA needs
