Engine and DC electrical advice

Hello All
After working as a field sevice engineer for 10 years on small to medium engines ( 1.5 hp to 5000hp) I have learned some things. Before that I was an engineering technician doing hundreds ofdyno runs and as a research technician doing all kinds of stuff.
Reading many forums tells me many know very little about engines. Being an instrument rated com pilot I am amazed at the junk engines that folks put on thier planes.
Having built a couple of aircraft and registering them with the FAA I have been there too. But I was 13 when I knew it all. The saying that goes ( The more you know means the more you don't know ) is very true.
My advise is free so I can offer a money back warranty. Dc electrical is also very easy for me. I am on the web most days so ask me anything! Lee
