Is there any reason why something like the Just Highlander sells in kit form for close to $40k for the airframe, where a Vans RV12 airframe (less finishing kit with all Rotax FWF stuff in it) is closer to $20k ? Simply strong demand for that particular model / Type ? Kitfox prices are very similar. All the "Cub type" kits seem to have gone WAYYYYY up in price ?
