Hey guys new member here. I came across a partially built Capella T Raptor that I'm considering buying. It is mostly built and basically needs to be assembled. It includes a geo 3 cylinder with a gear reduction. It comes with no documentation.

What is the process to get something like this inspected and registered? Thanks for any help.
