Hi guys,
I have a practical issue I'm hoping you can help me resolve.
The Razorback is a swept, mid-wing configuration. I was thinking of anchoring each wing as follows, using three anchor points:
Does this sound like a sensible/simple arrangement? My aim is not to add to the mostly meaningless hype of "wings can be removed by a child in XXX minutes" which seems to be mandatory in all new aircraft ads. No-one enjoys removing/fitting wings, and most aircraft owners will avoid doing this if they can. I just want a simple, effective and safe way of fastening the wings to the airframe.
Regards,
Duncan

The Razorback is a swept, mid-wing configuration. I was thinking of anchoring each wing as follows, using three anchor points:
- Attach the end of the spar to a substantial central pillar which would run from top to bottom of the fuse.
- Fix the spar securely as it passes through the side of the suitably reinforced fuse. Basically the spar would pass through a slot in the reinforced side of the fuse, and be clamped in position
- Attaching the rear spar to the fuse (to a suitably bulkhead-reinforced attach point)
