I couldn't find anything on Turbo-Tech, I think a french company that has been designing a small turboprop the last few years.
(IIRC the phd thesis of the founder was on 3D printed heat exchanger and this is the application? Could be wrong)
They have displayed a prototype running!

The specs are downright amazing:
