I can’t find rebuild kits, or even NOS, Hurst Airheart brake cylinders. I would love to install rebuild kits in mine and fly many more years.
There’s some brake cylinder options in the go kart world that look close to drop in compatible.
Also, I believe I could find the correct cup and quad ring for rebuild, from McMaster Carr or hydraulic suppliers. My first choice is rebuilt what I’ve got, or find two nice old ones to buy from somebody’s stash.
My 1980 built Jodel D11 can’t be the only classic EAB that used them, I appreciate your ideas, especially if you have Hurst Airheart experience.
