Affordaplane aileron production problems need advice

I am currently making ailerons.
But the original design drawings required a long rivets that I have not found.:mad2:

Here is my idea of design changes:


This is the original design drawings.
Problem areas to be painted a red circle.
I can not find that long rivets.


So I changed to design, here is the diagram and instructions:



So I want to change the design a little.:gig:
But I do not know whether it will affect the structural strength of the original design.
I want to know what we can provide better manufacturing experience to me, very grateful.
