Hello Guys....

I just bought a house which is a seaside apartment therefore an amphibian plane is now my ideal choice, please does anybody knows any amphibian that can be scratch build with 4 seats and could operate on runway. I did not want kits as my aviation authority limits kits build to 2 seats only.
