hi guys id like to ask few question here regarding prop size /dia etc
I have on my gyroplane rotax 447 with 2 blade 60" prop,im trying to found out if the 4 blade prop in 54" will have the same thrust ,I just cant find any numbers regarding thrust calculation,I spoke with guys from powefin since that is the prop id like to get but they could not give me any data besides the prop selection they recommend 62" -2 blade ,or 58" -3 blade ,or 54"-4 blade so every blade cuts down 4" from diameter, the reason for me to go with small prop would gain significant factor ,I can cut down the mast ,lower the engine by 3" and be able to prerotate the blades by standing on the ground and not climbing on the seat thank you
